Application To Be Made To Carry On Stock Exchange
(1) Only a body corporate may make an application to the Board for a license to carry on a stock exchange. (2) A body corporate shall have to make an application referred to in Sub-section (1) in such format and accompanied by such details. Documents and fee as may be prescribed.
